Privacy Policy

Information we collect

  • Account details such as name, email address, activation source, and assigned phone number.
  • Calling metadata such as source, destination, direction, time, duration, status, and policy decision. RingNow does not record call audio by default.
  • Security signals such as IP address, device session, sign-in activity, failed attempts, and risk indicators.
  • Payment or activation-code references needed to verify service eligibility.

How information is used

We use information to provision numbers, connect calls, enforce minute and destination policies, detect misuse, provide support, reconcile service, comply with legal requests, and improve reliability.

Service providers

RingNow uses infrastructure and communications providers, including SignalWire, to deliver voice service. Providers receive only the information needed to perform contracted services and may process data in the United States or other locations where they operate.

Retention

Account, audit, billing, and call-detail records are retained for operational, security, dispute, and legal needs. Production retention periods must be finalized with counsel before launch.

Security

RingNow uses server-side carrier credentials, access controls, encrypted transport, audit history, and account monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account information by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, billing, legal compliance, or legitimate operational needs.
