Terms of Service
These terms describe the launch rules for using RingNow voice service, including plan limits, account responsibility, prohibited use, and service availability.
1. RingNow service
RingNow provides an internet-based second phone number for inbound and outbound voice calls. Service is limited to supported USA and Canada destinations and requires a reliable internet connection.
RingNow is not a mobile carrier replacement and does not provide SMS, MMS, call forwarding, fax, or emergency calling.
2. Plan and renewal
The Unlimited Calling plan costs USD $20 for each 30-day service period and includes unlimited inbound and outbound calling to supported USA and Canada destinations under the responsible-use policy.
- Activation codes are single-use and have no cash value.
- Usage is monitored to protect customers and the network from fraud, automation, and abnormal calling patterns.
- A line may be suspended or expire when payment or renewal is not completed.
3. Emergency services
RingNow does not support 911 or other emergency calling. You must maintain another method for contacting emergency services and must not rely on RingNow in an emergency.
4. Account security
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials, devices, and activation codes. Contact RingNow promptly if you believe your account or number has been compromised.
5. Number assignment
RingNow numbers remain under the control of RingNow and its carrier suppliers. Numbers may be reclaimed after account expiration, suspension, inactivity, abuse, legal process, or carrier action. Number portability is not guaranteed during launch.
6. Suspension and termination
RingNow may limit, suspend, or terminate service to protect customers, carriers, or the public; enforce these terms; comply with law; investigate suspected fraud; or control unusual calling activity.
