Responsible-Use Policy

Allowed use

Normal personal and small-business voice conversations to supported USA and Canada destinations are included with unlimited inbound and outbound calling, subject to account status and the responsible-use policy.

Prohibited activity

  • Fraud, impersonation, scams, phishing, extortion, harassment, threats, or deceptive caller identity.
  • Robocalling, predictive dialing, automated dialing, bulk campaigns, lead generation, or call-center traffic.
  • Resale, subleasing, credential sharing, traffic pumping, arbitrage, or bypass activity.
  • Repeated short-duration calls, high-velocity destination rotation, or other patterns that threaten carrier standing.
  • Calling emergency services or premium-rate services.
  • Using RingNow in violation of consent, telemarketing, sanctions, privacy, or telecommunications laws.

Enforcement

RingNow may block an individual call, reduce daily limits, require review, suspend a line, preserve relevant records, or terminate service when activity appears unsafe or violates this policy. Blocked attempts are logged with a reason.

Responsible-use controls

  • Inbound and outbound usage is counted for network monitoring and customer support.
  • Unusual calling velocity or automated behavior can trigger manual review.
  • Individual calls may be limited to 90 minutes.
  • Repeated failed or blocked attempts can trigger account protection.

Report misuse

Report suspected abuse or account compromise to support@myringnow.com. Include the RingNow number, relevant date and time, and a short description. Do not include passwords or activation codes.
